    Has your mileage rate been increased at all since you started? Thats one thing i never discussed with doug, how that all works and how frequent the raises are.

    Doug was my recruiter and we discussed this at length the day before I started orientation in atlanta on aug 23rd. According to Doug the pay is .30 a mile till you reach a year,s experience, after this you get another penny. Doug also went on to say he thought the company was about to raise the rate sometimes this fall. I have no idea what the company pays drivers with multiple years experience.

    I was going to ask this of doug next week when we talk, but you guys can prob give me a pretty good idea since you just went through orientation/training recently....

    What would you recommend i do or dont bring with me?
