    Im actually pretty good at backing and driving, but every now and then i wont catch a gear quite right. (that may be because the trucks at school were abused by students though) I heard that at Roehl even the smallest mistake shifting can end your employment before it even starts. Wasnt sure if wse was as strict as roehl..........
