State and local idling laws

My biggest problem with these laws are.
An apu does not work well in extreme heat.
The liberal nuts running around reporting idling, go home to a cool or warm home.
They are able to cool or warm their home because of truck drivers.
One day soon, or a hundred years in the future, this system will collapse .
There is only so much hard working people can take
