California the new POE on I-15 did a level 2 on me on my way in with a crane on and they said permit on my iPad was fine, as long as I had all the necessary attachments.

Local TX driver told me last week he doesn't print permits anymore, that electronic copies were legal.
Anyone hear of Texas changing this rule? link maybe? Thanks -

The driver was lucky. CA currently does not legally accept electronic permits or provisions. Many officers across the country are relaxing their position even though no legal guidelines have been set in most states. Please proceed with caution in CA.
