Ive never had a problem with covenant handling a truck/trailor issue. So i believe it was the inexperienced driver who caused the brakes to over heat and the family should be looking at him and not covenant. It was more the greyhound drivers fault for not getting over than any ones. And also the firefighter knew there was risks when he took the job and he should have taken the time to secure his saftey before standing in the threat of getting hit by oncoming traffic.
