To Ronin: I'll be the first to stand in line! He devestated our family financially. Thank you to everyone of you guys. I will let Dan know where he is so he can put some pressure on him or garnish wages! Thanks again.

Sorry for the repeat. My computer hiccupped!

That'd be one of those situations where an operations manager got an anonymous phone call, or better yet, some mail with all of this printed out...

I agree and as fast as you can too. There may be others just like you looking for this guy for the same reasons. I'd bet once he gets hit for a garnishment he will disappear fast. -
Man, there's jokers like that all over. I agree with Rollover the Original....COPY COPY COPY!

In a somewhat related story, my wife worked as a dispatcher for a nice guy in WA who had 4 company trucks and 4 O/Os. He had his guys haul furniture a couple of times, always from a furniture company that specialized in hotel/motel stuff.
He was originally hauling for the furniture warehouse, where the WH guy would pay him, instead of the consignee. He quickly changed that, and made it where the hotel/motel owner paid the driver before anything was off-loaded.
Where I came into the picture was one day, this trucking company owner (the wife's boss) was losing his mind, and rightfully so, over $12k in outstanding invoices. he'd called, emailed, written letters, dropped by... they were in the same big town... and nothing.
I said...why don't we just back a dry van up to their dock and start loading stuff until the value equals what he owes you - wasn't the first time I'd done similar things, just not in the trucking industry.
We went. He backed in, I swung his doors, he bumped the dock, and I jumped on a Hyster 50 and started (carefully) loading the truck. We had half a trailer's worth before we were even noticed - went at lunchtime, on purpose. People started freaking out, threatened to call the cops... my buddy said "call them!"
It took about 15 minutes, but it worked out, and my bid had a check in his hand from the owner of the furniture warehouse who, of course, knew nothing about his shipping manager not doing his job.
That was fun. We could visit this guy in Weiser, Idaho.. my in-laws live near there... and take stuff until these family men feel better.

Can you not slap liens on his truck or property cars house etc. With the court papers you have you should be able to do this. Not really sure about U.S. works in Canada tho.
U2Exit Thanks this.
