I was waiting for BO and LUKE to show up in the GENERAL LEE for some HAZARD county style JUSTICE :biggrin_2552:.

All :biggrin_25522: aside ,. taking things into your own hands is not the way to go , nothing to do with who has the BIGGER set , today the courts will side with the VICTIM in an assault charge regardless if he is a full blown scumbag or not.

Yes, I can see it now....

"Victim": Officer, this guy showed up at my house and beat the hell out out me!

Officer: Wow, what did you do to deserve that? Does the guy have a beef with you?

"Victim": Oh, NO! All I did was employ him, promise to pay him, and then steal his wages. That's all, I promise!

Get a grip, that's not going to end well for our "victim", if he's foolish enough to report it at all.

Some people you can't squeeze money out of even if you do sue them. Breaking legs don't get you any where. He does what he does because he's addicted to money and he's not good with it when he has it. Tennessee has taught me there are other ways to make someone's life miserable without violence if you so chose. But sometimes it is better to let things go. A little over a year ago I got conned out of $1200 from some old people on SSI. Who would of thought? Usually it's the other way around. What can you do but let it go? I sure ain't beating Grandpa up! :)

Yeah they can continue that court date until the bugles call for an accounting! Been there done that! Not fun until they screw up and fail to show for the date they requested! They still won't pay until you hand the clerk the routing numbers! Hense the reason you hear me scream COPY!

As for "revenge" the bodily harm isn't a good thing or way to go as mentioned even though it does make you feel good until the cuffs are clicking on the wrists!

Sometimes revenge, if getting the money isn't ever going to happen, is what can you do that doesn't damage anything? If proved that you did something that "broke" a part that can be proved you did well it's now a criminal case and not a civil like what you have been getting drug through. You also do not want to do anything that could hurt an innocent person or the moron who has your attenation as much as you want to beat them senceless into a mudhole!

I got slammed many posts ago about recommending what I did to another owner but to me when you take out of my childrens mouths the food or hurt their chances of having a home or doctor I WILL either get my money from you OR you WILL pay 10 TIMES what you owe me in a repair bill!

There are ways that they can NOT come back on you! BUT you want to do any kind of revenge where it doers not hurt a new driver that has no clue as to what he's walking into!

I know of a container company in Savanna Ga that charged me for a tire that wasn't even off the rim for a whole tire and still ran that tire as they were stupid enough to air it up while I stood there. The next week after I got the automatic deduction from a statement they had 8 flats which were in the sidewalls of those round black things that hold air! I got my monies worth out of that place and never did business with them again. I love that new cordless drill that Black and Decker came out with!

Then the O/O that actually had all his employees owing HIM money when he was fired from a company he was leased to! NO kidding! We ALL somehow or another owned him money AFTER hauling a load! Go figure!

Plastic Ziploc baggies with the zip lock cut off and the baggies cut into 2 squares and 20 of them waiting in another baggie for when I saw the moron again is a money killer! Plastic in a fuel tank turns invisible!
The idiot actually pulled in next to me in his pride and joy looked at me and waved and went into the stop to eat!

I got that baggie full of squares and put 10 in one tank and 10 in the other. This is when crossovers were still in fashion and both tanks had a pickup tube.

What happens is the suction from the fuel pump grabs a square on both pickups and stops the fuel and truck shuts down! The suction stops and the plastic drops off and truck will start again AFTER moron has replaced the "stopped up" fuel filter and it runs again until the things get stopped again! This turns into a vicious circle until he takes it into a shop and they of course charge by the hour! At the time shop labor was $58 an hour on average! He owed me $600+.

I finally saw one of his employees a few months later and I asked him if the boss had any problems with his truck.

I got the whole story! It cost him almost $5000 to finally find all 20 of the pieces of plastic! They would find 1 then think that was the problem and head out and then it would happen again and again until he brought the truck back in and drained and flushed both tanks!

The driver laughed his arse off when I told him why it happened to him and then as far as I know he went in and quit as he was having "pay" problems also!

As the old saying goes a leopard can't change their spots!
Once a theft always a theift!

If I can't get my money then I'll get restitution another way!

Want to hear about the broker in Atlanta who refused to pay?
    That's a great one!
