I'll give you a list; you'll think I'm crazy, but I'm very healthy. My doctor told me to take these, but she said she can't prescribe them, but does want me to take them daily.
I have adult grandchildren and have great grandchildren and I'm still going strong.

I carry bulk freeze dried items. You can take a LOT and it takes up very little room compared to fresh, stays good FAR longer and is much easier to prepare. It is also actully a lot more cost effective then most think. For example an average price for a 2 pound can of onions is $45 which makes around 24-26 cups of raw onion when rehydrated depending on brand and onion slice size. Thats about $1.75 a cup. Which sounds like a lot until you realize that on average i use a lot less then a full cup making individal meals and still end up with 2 or 3 meals per pan. Ive found my average cost per meal is around $3.75 per heaping plate or so. $5 if i use a lot of meat. Less if i suppliment with fresh stuff that is shelf stableish such as potatos or the like. You can also mix in a lot of canned stuff to further reduce costs though weight and volume becomes a problem if you get too carried away.

As for how i cook, i have 3 methods. First is a little boat safe achohol stove and camp pot that i can set ontop of a mini folding table and rock inside my rig. Second is a camp mini propane bottle burner i can put on my catwalk with my camp pot. And the third is a hexamine tablet stove i can use on my catwalk also with my camp pot or my canteen pot in an emergency.

I use a pill organizer for 3 times a day schedule, so I don't forget.
    Similar to this:

Recently I've read that Sildenafil may help men avoid dementia in later years.
So, I've added that @ 25 mg. every morning. I'll edit my post above and add it.
    They're cheap and don't need a prescription at drugs-med.com
I get the 100 mg. tablets and use a pill cutter to cut them into quarters.
    Have to pay with Bitcoin.
    Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg
    20% discount with Bitcoin payment.

I don't do quick meals, I cook proper meals.
Nothing is frozen, unless I want a pot pie that night.

I get to Walmart often to keep fresh, unfrozen, meat in the fridge.
Veggies, and a baked potato or rice to go along with it.

Generally 1.5-2 hours to make the meal.

I had my DOT physical today.
The first thing the doctor said when he came in the room was (I kid you not)... "Hmmm, skinny and looking healthy".
After a short conversation about how most of the people he sees coming if for DOT physicals these days are fat and rather sickly looking I said, "Well, I know how to eat... and not eat".

I have a toaster oven, a couple lunchbox ovens and a small grill.
And of course a coffee maker for my morning coffee, which I can't do without.
Microwave ovens are only good for heating something up, but not for actual cooking.

Instant pot and buy a small roast or Chinese or pork. The options are endless and you end up with real meat. Not to mention being able to cook eggs and chilli & stew.

We're all different, so take what works best for you.
Yeah, I love supplements; been taking them for 30 yrs. or so.
Had a physical recently; doctor said, "Whatever you're doing, keep doing it."
She looked over all my supplements and said they're all ok.
