Under Armor, Carhart, Duluth, and many others. Wear 2 or 3 pair plus 2 layers of regular clothes then a good heavy coat that covers your butt.

Get a few pair of ladies knee high nylons, put a pair of those on your feet, then put 1 or 2 pair of socks on over the top of the nylons. Pull the top of the nylons down over the ouside of your socks to help keep it all in place. Not only will the nylons help keep your feet warmer, but your feet will be dryer and less likely to blister.

Silk is your friend. It is the best base layer. You can get full sets plus sock liners for a reasonable price. Can be worn under other thermal clothes. They are not bulky, so moving is not so restricted.

My company bought all there employees this for this winter. I haven’t used it yet but a couple guys love it so far in our 50 degree weather. I will wait till it gets in the 40’s down here. Lol

    This.

But don't dress too warm, or you will sweat while driving, and then when you have to get back out of the cab you will suffer worse.
I like to wear easy to remove layers, then it is easy to remove what I want. Lastly I use insulated coveralls, put them on, and warm winter boots, just as I'm about to climb out, and once back in the cab I remove them, and drive in shoes, and nothing too heavy for clothing.

Lol, that jacket makes me smile but the price doesn’t.

We wear hoodies in Michigan when it’s in the 50s
