Suicide. And at least you asked for advice and guidance.I witnessed a fella in Leipsic Ohio throw straps through the eye of a 34000 lb coil and he didn't see a problem.I about did the Fred Sanford.

The place you are loading, they should give you some sort of paperwork when you check in. It should tell you the size of the coil, weight and any special loading instructions. The receiver may need it loaded specifically for method of off load. This will tell you how to set up for the coil. You should see a line or box that will tell you the length, it might say 60 in. Or something similar, this is how wide or tall it will be.
Take a look at The main frame beams of the trailer, you may see a sticker that says single coil here. If you are pulling a 53, you may see an X welded into the rub rail.

I'm gonna give ya an example my flatbed friend gave me. Load suicide. Place your coil racks where ya
Use proper amount of chains for the weight. Use extra if that's what your comfortable with. You'll only use not enough securement once and the lesson will be harder learned. My buddy always told me 2 chains pullin forward. 2 pullin back and 2 through the eye in x fashion. Be sure to use your edge protectors. Hope that is of some help.
