If he had some sort of identifying markings to know 100% sure, it was his, don’t crack him at the meetup, put a non Apple tracker somewhere where he won’t see it, catch him at his home 20, and give religion to the entire family. I would want them to wonder who it is and which truck. And send a Christmas card with NSW pictures of the “conversion.”

 

That sucks. Ramps aren't exactly small enough to disappear by accident. Hopefully somebody nearby catches them trying to sell them because replacing that stuff hurts.

 

Been wanting to post this for over a week, but the trucking gods had other plans for me.

For years I've tried to make sure everything of significance that I own that doesn't have a serial number is marked. I use 3 small holes, saw scratches, punch or drill dimples. I figured one could be random, two could be coincidence, three's pretty much gotta be deliberate. A buddy of mine uses a Dremel tool to just make an "X".



Reading this reminds me that the chains & binders I bought for this new gig haven't been marked, but they will be as soon as I get home.

Those are your ramps. You clearly identified the exact mark in the exact spot. Call the law and go get your ramps if they’re not already gone. What a POS that dude is.

 

Used my week @ home to get most of my securement gear marked - 3 drill marks or saw scratches on all my chains, binders and vee boards



Also finished building out the step boxes and got them all organized.

Guess the security guards only care if you park in a reserve spot without paying. What a bunch of useless morons.
