Are there any manufacturers here in California, or Arizona or Nevada. I would like to avoid the shipping costs.

I have to agree, ll use the snot out of them for a month or two and then not use them for a few, it seeems to run in a cycle. I have a lowpro so yea i get away with only useing one set most of the time and the other set for upper deck ramps. Would i only by a half set no! ive had to break out the towers to often and in the winter when its slow those ramps keep me going with LTL stuff

I dont know of any out west, i do know you can get a better deal buying them direct and having them do the install besides they warrenty it if they install it!(talking about the hinge mounts and ramp brackets). I know you can get them from trailer dealers but they charge a hellva markup.

I just bought two step decks and was thinking about getting Sturdylite 16' HD ramps with pedestals for my 53' trailers (so a total of 4 8' ramps per truck). We haul a lot of heavy duty military vehicles as well. In your opinion are these ramps/pedestals good to use and easy to operate with one person? Are the pedestals needed?
