Ok i guess, one house means nothing, but Jacksonville has apartments and apartments make good money. I know.

I won't tell you about rentals or real estate becuase no one would listen to me but I can tell you that there isn't money in condos, duplexes are another matter and I would still get away from them.

Well starts another saga of a new multitasking operating newbie.
