Starting pay now is 0.28/mile with a 1 cent increase quarterly for the first year.

It's a whole new experience for sure. All my driving training is complete and I am heading back to
    Dallas to start grad class.

Been locked out due to using up all my "unlimited" data with sprint. I'm in California about to make a delivery. I did get them mountains! Driving has been really good. Got to see the salt flats and the giant desert that some people call Nevada! No clue where we are going next, hopefully some place far like Maine or Miami!

Lets see if I can figure out how to get some pics here. We are parked at a Love's for the next 20+ hours waiting for our next load. Sadly they assigned us a preplan we had zero chance of making earlier during our unload. My trainer wasn't too excited either way but I do like to be rolling makes the time fly by.

Ga Dawg it was worth the wait! I'm preplanned on a 3,300 mile load to Connecticut now!!! Hype!!! :)

Edit: was around a 5 hour wait for new load assignment but it is tomorrow which is not a big deal at all. The initial Qualcomm message made it sound like we would be sitting for 24 hours before even hearing anything so I'm glad we got this load! Thank you if you happen to be reading this!

Btw Terrance who is a redshirt back at the Dallas yard kept saying during OR1 his truck is "solar powered". I now know why! Driving through Donner, / anywhere you have never been is way more stressful at night! I love me that sunny driving! This truck stop is now packed and has been since 2pm!
