Bunk heater went out in the NE, had to idle the truck for a few nights. Sitting in San Antonio at TK waiting to have it looked at. I called RR and was told I was number one in the queue and my wait time should be 3 seconds, for 5+ minutes before I gave up. Now I got a message from them that I may need to go to the KW dealer. Can I get a more definitive answer please?

I now officially Loath the HEB DC here.

Got a call to bring my truck and trailer freshly washed to Roadmaster today at noon, did that but someone got the days mixed up. It was supposed to be Thursday. Oh well, I got a free truck wash out of it anyway.

 

Veggies are growing mighty slowly in CA these days. Looks like I better find another stomping ground to work in for a while.

More changes on the inside...and for the good, too!
New (and experienced) person on weekends...and will be on duty at 0800 sunday mornings. Should really help phone lag. Last weekend was the first shift and we noticed a decidedly shorter wait for drivers calling in.

 

Well I have been empty for 30 hrs now and no load assignment. Nobody is returning calls or answering qc messages or emails.

#### this ########, Someone needs to get off their ### and get something going. They needed the trailer here in Holcomb so there must be a ####### load somewhere.

I will NEVER again drop a trailer without a load assignment first. #### this.

 

Parking lot full of Stevens here in Lodi, CA....hope that's not a bad omen.
