OK, time to address some comments:
    First, safety.
There is only one person in Safety at nights and weekends. He is doin the job that 8 people do during the week. Use your Macro 51 (or is it 52?) to send in questions. They do answer those. It's not uncommon to wait over an hour. Just the way it is.
Ask questions of the person that answers the phone. I find a lot of people asking for safety, don't need them. we can answer the questions.
Road Rescue: The most overworked, understaffed support group currently at Stevens. They don't fix trucks, they fix the things the mechanics didn't do. If you have some common issues, try and handle them the most efficient way. For instance, got a flat? Need some minor work? Head to Petro or TA if you can. They can submit an e-shop request and those get handled much faster. These are work order requests. Saves you time and trouble.
Forget about RR on the weekends. They are so overwhelmed that it's not even worth a joke. They work very hard, but there is just too much to cover.
Be sure and use your DM as much as you can during the week.
If you're a newbie, be sure and get the details on where you store your truck and trailer for hometime. Too many DMs tell you the weekend crew will take care of that.
    Bullcrap!
Were you promised a repower? Get it settled before the weekend crew takes over.
you depend on us, you're lost!
Some things the DMs fail to tell you:Weekend crews cannot authorize a truck wash. Trailer washouts only.
Weekend crews do not have access to your Time Off account (contractors). We cannot advance you money against your account. We are limited to $25 each day for personal advances.
When you call, don't complain. We know you were on hold forever. We're trying very hard. Don't tell us a long drawn out story. We're short of time. Help us help you.
Sorry people....it was a very nasty day today. I hate seeing phones and QC's back up.
We really want to help you. We're just very limited and that's a management choice. Please...don't take it out on us. Send an email with concise and exact complaints to the ownership. they do read them and they do respond.
Now back to my adult beverage after today's lombacidie.

Thanks Emul. I really do appreciate the weekend crew. I know they work hard. Once I get through they are very helpful.

Got my lil snazzy orange folder, and my badge. They got me mid laugh, so my picture shows just exactly how happy this whole thing has me. WOOT!
Danced all the way thru the DMV, hooted like a loon when I hit the yard, and came very close to hugging Unser. :)

We knew you could do it! But hugging Unser? That may have been cause for another whiz quiz...

Congratulations! See you on the road!
