Hmmm, interesting, because they have taken Hubby's, asked when he ate last, & rescheduled. Same with his blood pressure reading, if it was high when they took it, they rescheduled to take it again later.

Forget the crab legs... let me know when you are in the Mid Atlantic and can overnight in North East MD in the summer time. I know a place a short cab ride away from the Flying Hook that has all you can eat Blue Crabs and Corn on the Cob for $15.95 from Apr to Oct.

On the south side of Brookings, just above McVay State Park.
I grew up east of Portland, so I know the area. I moved to SD when Emul dragged my sorry butt down there to start a company. It's been nice, but since I really haven't lived there for 8 years, I guess I should find a home. Right now that's in the back of a 2009 KW. But we all know that story!

Got to Marshalltown and after many shenanigans got my trailer....of chicken fat. Pause for effect here folks...

Chicken fat. Vats of chicken fat.
Chicken fat going to California because apparently California chickens are too thin so they import. Visions of medically altered chicken fat injected chickens wandering around...jiggling.

But it gets better... my chicken fat vats gross weight....81500lb. We had to take the trailer back so they could.....wait for it.... skim the fat.

after I learned the meat patch system, since that is always where I went from home, I had good miles... Leave home on Tuesday, head to Lexington NE. Pick up load going to Ottawa, drop, hook up to 3 or 4 stopper going to the NorthEast... Then Stevens started hauling for JBS, and Greeley CO screwed the pooch.

I knew where every restaurant depot was around New York City... And that appointment times did not matter with them, so it was hustle and get the load off.

That might explain a tanker I saw once that was labeled "liquid chicken".

KMac, just to let you know, I saw 2 Stevens trucks at the Pilot in Ft. Worth. Is Stevens going out of business with all of those trucks just sitting? :D

    KMac Thanks this.
