Cool dude. If you go pre-alliance and sign the lease, you only have to do 60 days solo grad fleet instead if 90. Im planning to do that myself. I cant see running as a company driver.

    Ryyus Thanks this.

In Mecca doing the first of a three pick produce load. Others are Holtville and Brawley. Then haul them all to Austin.
When I dropped down Cajon pass this morning, the air was so clear I could see the ocean. I have never seen the air in LA this clean. Absolutely crystal clear.
A week of heavy rains does wonders.
All the rivers are cleaned out. All the tires, refrigerators, old cars and other stuff is now floating in Santa Monica Bay.
    Roads are clean.
    wow!
My 3 picker is a pity load, I'm sure.
They had promised to run me all weekend and I ended up sitting in Victorville for 2 1/2 days. Had my choice: run all weekend or get a load home.
    I chose to run.
    Should have just gone home.
Well at least I have a load. Probably go from Austin to Laredo, then back to Cali.
Stay warm everyone. I'm enjoying the sunshine.

Have had a beautiful week off with the family, but my money is just about gone so back to the grind.I always hate going back out after Ive been home for so long.Cie la vie.Usually takes me a week to get back in the groove after I leave home. Will pick up a co-driver and hit the road manana.Plan on staying out a little longer than usual this time due to the shortage of funds. The money was well spent though, fixed my dodge truck that had been sitting in my driveway for the last three years.Forgot how much I missed that truck til I got it out on the highway. Its almost like a new truck to me now.Sweet.Its running so nice its scary.Everybody be safe, two hands on the wheel, and keep it between the lines.Got all my clearance done, including a VDPD class, why I had to take that I dont know, maybe just a refresher.everybody be safe.

Hiya formygirlz, how ya doing? I see ya lurking way back there in the dark!
Sitting just north of Louisville KY waiting for my load to be ready early am. Going to Chicago rail yard, then take a load from nearby to Ohio. Lord knows what's next. With things so slow, might be sent home for a long weekend.
Guess I'll go catch up on bad movies.
    Be good y'all!

Yes I still lurk, I miss the driver stories and the drivers. I'm doing OK, I live in NH and I am selling cars(hate it). But you do what you need to for Family. Glad to see you've been doing good on the dedicated. Happy New Year to Everyone. Keep her between the lines, if you can see them through the snow. If not call safety and shut your ### down :biggrin_255:

Sitting on the yard chillaxin.Karen didnt have a driver for me so I told her I would wait until tomorrow and see what may come up.If not I will go and talk to Randall and see who he might have for me.Easier to get miles when its slow if you have a co-driver on your truck.Especially this time of the year.Everybody be safe.
