Yea home time would be great, but I really dont have a home anymore, just the truck, that is my home now. But it would be nice to get out of it for awhile....

Came out of the TS tonight and saw something I haven't seen in several weeks...rain!
Gotta love those SW runs this time of year!

 

Sitting in London Ohio waiting on a repower going to Hunts Pt.And of course the only place in the country it is snowing right now is right where we are heading.Tlea I dont know how you live in wyoming,ran into a whiteout the other night up there,probably should have pulled it over,but I kept going.thats some crazy stuff up there.This snow is following me around again this winter.LOL

 

One more wedding anniversary on the road.

In Bailytown TN tonight. Load delivers 340 miles up the road wednesday morning, but I'm going to see if I can get them to take it tomorrow.

 

wow your wife must really be understanding.

im headed back south from pa going to tennessee, nice to see ground again without all the snow. my truck is a new t700 but its half black/half white from all the road salt.

 

Still on the yard tonight, having to do all the refresher courses. Be able to get the last 4 hour class out of the way Tuesday, and then back on the road. Truck had one mechanical issue, the case around the APU that is hidden behind the tank skirt, was rattling apart. First time the truck cleared before me.

 

TleaHeart wish Id known you were on the yard, Im stuck here to for a cpl days and would have liked to met you. Your "year in review" was a big reason I came to Stevens. Many Thanks its been a good ride for me so far.

 

The Hunts Pt repower we picked up has been changed.They asked me to go up to the TA in Columbia NJ and repower a load going to Portland Maine.My manager calls me up about 80 miles from the GW and says how bad do u want to go into the bronx.LOL.I say ur kidding me right.LOL.So we are now going to Maine.The sun is actually out right now.The first time in 3 days we wont be running through snow.Ill keep my fingers crossed.Maybe I can get out of here w/out any more bad weather.

 

I had to take thatVDPD class when I was on the yard a few weeks back,also.I quess just a refresher.Or reminder I should say.

 

dropped my load early today. now have a new one to p/u tonight. can barely squeeze in my 10, then off to Louisiana.
