Picked up my load in Lexington. Grossed out at 79780 with half tank of fuel.

Time for a round table with the lease dept and the load planners to kick off August. Hey! look on the bright side, because you have those EGRs and DPFs the owls in Oregon can breath easier. Take a cab to the casinos on the river, I think thats the only thing going on in Shreveport.

 

Not all of us Oregonians are LIBERALS, I have been hunting and fishing in Oregon for 20+ years and I have only ever seen 1 owl........ never been a problem for me!!!!

 

As I use to say when I lived in Buxton, Oregon: Spotted Owl tastes good! Just like chicken!

 

Well finally, got my truck back, a new egr valve, and 2 new sensors. Problems is, I got it back after 3pm... so here I sit still....
anybody headed to dallas on I20 want to help a driver out, and give me your load?

No owl does not taste like chicken, more like goose.

 

Made it to Fremont, Indiana tonight.
This is a 5 stop meat load. Maryland and VA.

I am also on the T-Mobile. Am happy with the phone service but the data has some dead spots

 

If going to Andrews afb & the other basees up there you have my sympathy.

 

Finally got dispatched to Farmersville LA.. a foster farms chicken plant.. where we have dropped trailers.. and I had a 1300 appt. on wednesday... was finally loaded at 1530, although I arrived the night before to drop my trailer.. such is my luck this month.
But the load goes to Denver, right by the yard, so I was met by a bobtail in Terrell, where I gave him my load, and I headed for the yard...
Here I am tonight, with a short list to clear, just the normal stuff, and get the Texas Inspection done on the truck.
Anyone want to say hi, look for the #5 hat.

 

Got cleared by noon. Now just waiting on the shop
