Yea, we did 90s, 45s, serpentine. All that. Never done a 90 on the road though.

So can you tell me how/what a 90 is composed of?

An Ally Dock or 90 is named after the ol' dock that is in an alley. (cute, eh?)
I have done plenty over the years. It usually works like this:
come down an alley that is not very wide. Have a dock that is perpendicular to the alley. Usually the dock is about 60' or so deep, so you can't get the entire truck in there, much less straight. There isn't room to set up for a 45.
you light up on the left side of the alley (straight), then put her in the hole. But the best you can hope for is the trailer to the dock and the tractor is twisted out into the alley.
    some are tighter than others.
the key is you start your back with the truck/trailer straight and parallel to the alley and you have to twist the trailer into the dock in a 90.
    Lots of fun.
    Clear as mud?

Well, I'm in the yard tonight. Only three things on my sheet that should be done by 1000.
Hopefully they can get the truck fixed fast and I'm out of here.
Just to 'grease' the skids, I'm headed down the street for donuts tomorrow morning for the mechanics.

A 45 is before you start to back the trailer into the whole you are at a 45 degree angle to the hole. A 90 degree back is you are square to the hole before you start to back.

I tried to find some videos on youtube and found some interesting ones, but I have a co-worker here in the cube farm that also used to drive and he brought in some brochures from when he was driving a big blue screw that had diagrams and instructions that helped me get my brain around it, although there was a place where they said to turn your wheels all the way left when it should have said right. That would put your trailer into the front of anything you were next to.

Who is this company? Stevens Transport is out of Dallas, and as far as I know only has the one terminal. They have a shared drop yard in Denver. Are you asking about a different company? I think there is a Stevenson Transportation somewhere.
