We deliver to tulsa too, and the meat patch is close, so OK would be better than WY.

I am going to try and get Wally World to take this load a day early, so that I can get an extra day at home.

Dont know about you area, but my local community college will put me through their 160 course for free (state grant) as long as my income for the past 12 months is less than $37k. Maybe something to check into. That way the school is free and you dont have to commit to a company for a year or two.

 

Actually I talked with Stevens and they mailed me an information package. This was over a month ago. Havent heard a peep from them since.

 

i have my cdl from another school paid off my loan to them i have a orentation date for stevens march 7 i wanna know i got a e-mail from a former stevens driver about a contract not for the school but for the cost of the trainers that you go out with 3 year contract is this true and he said they don't let you go over it or ask questions is this true

 

Thanks. That's good to know. Now that I think of it, I do see quite a few Stevens trucks on the highway around here. Glad they make it through here often.

 

I take it you had a bad experience at Stevens. I don't see that you've done this yet, but would you mind sharing your experience? What causes you to say "run from Stevens"? Any insight you can provide is appreciated.
