the sarcasm is wasted on the deaf.
In defense of the night/weekend team, imagine how frustrating it must be to have to listen to all these justified complaints and not be able to do anything.
I suppose you either become crazy or morph into the flow, realizing your ability to change the way things work there are about as easy as changing Chicago politics.

I got told to stop being rude, and sarcastic, they are only doing their job, as dictated by the owners. Stevens is loosing accounts do to lack of service, and If i have any suggestions to please pass them along... I have, to only fall on deaf ears, or be told we don't do it that way...

I also told them that when they send stupid questions, expect a stupid response.

makes sense to someone. The quality of some trainers is just plain bad.
Me I park where I can, now I will buy something, from the place, even if it is only an overpriced drink, to say thank you for the safe place to park. I have even walked into places that have signs saying it costs to park, and been given the sticker for my window for free, for just walking in first. Attitude makes a big difference when dealing with people.

And with that said, when I am treated like a two year old that needs his hand held, and directions to each fuel stop, I give back the same attitude. At times it is so much fun...

Or the driver managers who have 50+ drivers complaining about no loads, too much time on the load, and then has those 5 to 10 who are always late for everything. By 3pm my dm is so worn down, I can hear it in his voice, and he has to be so PC with some drivers. When one morphs to the flow, they become part of the problem.

Change of plans. Driver can't make his one dropper in atlanta friday morning. Works for me as the other load had too much time on it. Now it puts me on the night shift, but for atlanta that works too.

Do not believe everything you hear. Many times students will "misremember" something they have been told because they have to try to process so much information.
