A question for anyone that is a trainer can answer or anyone in general

I take medication so do you think while I'm on the road with my trainer and once my medicine gets low that he will allow me to go to a walgreens in the area to get a refill?

Is there any time out there to take care of something like that?

I would transfer to Walmart for prescriptions as they are easier to get a big truck into than a Walgreens and you will probably drive by at least one a week. Also have your doctor write you up for 3-4 months or so at a time and explain why, my doctor was happy to do this.

Walgreens are everywhere. Shouldnt be an issue. There is one right across the street from a Pilot in Anthony TX (will go past that truck stop a lot on 1-10)

then go around, and around and around, deep breath does not help....

My 4 drop JBS meat load was going so well, made both my drops yesterday on time, and stopped for the night at the Rhode Island truck stop... food has improved, you now get actual plates, and silverware. Expensive though, more than petro or TA.

got up and headed to the boston meat market... now that place makes hunts point look like a football field... had to talk the reciever into getting me out of there though, since I was the only truck that was delivering on the actual day scheduled... the 3 trucks ahead of me, were all supposed to deliver monday. He agreed, and off to augusta Maine... Dispatch calls and say they have NO frieght, closest freight is in Virgina, and I will be paid fuel surcharge on the empty miles, works for me...
But the problems had already started, these great side skirts, if they are mounted like this one is, rub a hole into the fuel tank on the trailer, and I am dripping fuel...

Road rescue wants me to finish the load, which is fine with me, get to pfg, and they rejected 6 bloody cases... and hey I have 5 cases of tenderloins on the truck that no one ordered... So two hours with OSD and JBS, and they finally find a buyer that is 180 miles south, but I only have 3 hours left on my 14, and I won't chance violating the logs... So JBS is paying me $100 layover pay, and I deliver on thursday the 11 cases to Hocksett NH... a real pit of a meat place.

So I drove back down headed to the TA in NH on I95, betting it will be full, and it was, and then some, so I went to my back up plan... A circle K in Maine, that has a lot that puts that TA to shame... so here I will be for the 4th...
And the local town had their fireworks tonight, an awesome display.

Oh and the leaking tank, amazing what a wad of chewing gum can do.

    Rattlebunny Thanks this.

you will struggle with alliance too. Until you learn the system, and does it work for you.
Yes you can make a decent paycheck as a company driver... decent being $500 gross a week. 2000 miles @ 26 cents per mile.
    More as you prove yourself.

And good for you on already having your CDL... if Stevens just does not work for you, you can walk away, with no debt owed.

this is one place if you follow the stevens route, you come off the ramp hang a right, hang another right, and go around the block, and park facing the correct direction, with no U turn. The routing in NYC and Long Island is spot on, so long as you do not have to go around a water main brake, or a ugly crash.
