I worked across the frwy from Target for 20 years. Don't forget to go to Route 66 casino and eat the buffet. Good stuff! And the Hard Rock casino by Los Lunas gives something like $25 in free play if you sign up for a player card. I cashed mine out and left!

 

I have never stopped at the RT66... always went to Sky City. I think though that it is too far west for me this time. I think I hit I25 first. I will remember it for next time though.

 

So speaking of sliding tandems... how is this scale ticket for a first guess...

There are exemptions to the U turn rule, but are very explicit.
I worked with safety first, which took it up with ownership. We are now allowed to do a U Turn to enter into RTX in San Diego. It's the only way into the place, but technically you're doing it at a cul de sac turn around, but with a one way street exiting it. (how's that for confusing!)
Anyway, it is approved. So it's likely, if someone will work with safety, it can be resolved.

 

Empty in Livingston, CA. Been having some issues with the truck. Low oil pressure. Had to put 2 gallons of oil in it over the last two weeks and even full it was having issues with check engine and stop engine on grades. I found that it was heating up, then I got the low oil light and warning dinger then check engine etc. If I put the engine fan on manual it kept it from all the shenanigans. But even not hot it was running about 20-25 pressure which is way low. RR told me it needed a PM since one hadn't been done since October 19. How does it go so long you say? When TA mistypes the hub showing the pm was done 7k miles from where it actually is the system will not tell them it needs to be done yet. So I got MT and came over to the TA and got the PM done. I was doubtful it would solve the problem but I already see much better pressure so we will see. I am concerned by the fact that it was a gallon low, filled to full, then less than two weeks later was a gallon low again.

On another note got to visit with some of the grand kids last night, they are a blast!
