Anytime I've been there it was go to Salinas. Once you do get a load it'll probably have 3+ picks on it. GL Bro.

 

Freight must be slow for everyone. Pulled in to the Pilot in Ripon about 1400 yesterday and had a hard time finding a parking spot.

 

This is actually the first time I have been in California since August so not only does it look like slow freight, tue dispatchers don't know me from Adam...

 

Could be worse... could have been caught in that weather in the Southeast.

Have any of you heard that you need your W-2's for the last three years in order to get hired on with Stevens? I am set to go to the school in St. Louis on Feb 11th.....I call my recruiter and she said she has never heard of this before.....

 

Not that I have been made aware of here in Tx. Liedl13. They told us to have .. 1.. a D/L.. 2.. A Birth Cert.. 3.. Social Securrity Card( The ss card has to be the one issued by the ss and can not be laminated) If you have a U.S. Passport I would take that along as well. I am looking over the sheet that I was given by the recuriter no where can I find anything saying that you need three years worth of W-2's.. Hope this helps ya out.. TBT 5150

The Sb truck routes on I5 and I14 into the San Fernando Valley will be closed from 9am to 4 am Feb 4-7 in Ca. Just a heads up for anyone going that way during that time.

 

Can't speak about today (wed, thur, fri are days off), but we were pretty slow earlier this week. Lot's of emptys, little incoming.
