I'm not worried about being gone for 3-4 weeks cuz you get 3 or 4 days off then.....while at home you make sure that time is spent more wisely and you won't take anyone or anything for granted....that's why I like the idea of driving for a career.

Yeah, pretty accurate statement. You have to really keep at your driver manager to make sure. After you go solo, you request your time at least 2 wks in advance, then send a reminder every day with your Daily Check Call!
I assume Shalonda is your recruiter. Recruiters tend to promise what you want to hear, so take everything with a grain of salt. -
Katrina is usually who I speak with. She told me at least 5 weeks. Chaundray is who I did phone interview with. I get phone calls from both lol

Plan on staying out at least 5... if you go home every couple of weeks they will keep you in your region and you will not be getting many miles.
