    As a new driver, it is most definitely not in your best interest to go "lease". Maybe after a couple of years of experience, you might consider it. Need to learn the ropes before you become the "Captain" of your ship.
    Many companies push leasing on the driver's as it is a way to get tax breaks for the company and they don't have to pay employee benefit's. Steven's does have a lease program, but it is not mandatory, just an option.

    And after the 4th or 5th time telling them your not interested they will leave you alone for almost 3 months. And then after you have left the company expect cards to arrive every few months in the mail.lol. but it is good training i gotta say.
