One question. How would Stevens, or any other company for that matter, find out about a 30 year old injury?

 

I would also like to know the answer to the same question. I do not really remember exactly everything I went to the doctor for. If I feel I need to go to the doctor, I go, he does whatever is needed and I go on my way. I don't really keep a journal of each visit. Will this be a problem, can they somehow check your med. records?

 

I know every time I apply to a job there is a form you have to sign that gives the company the right to access your medical records and if the injuries are on there they will see it. Just be honest with them and everything will be fine. A 30 year old injury is probably not gonna be a problem anyway as long as it doesn't prevent you from passing the physical.
