They use the word interview at the company, but it's really a misnomer. All they really do is sit down with you and go over all the paperwork you filled out online and the day before in class. The lady is very thorough, and she goes line by line over everything you've filled out to make sure everything is filled in. She will already have gone over your paperwork with a fine tooth comb, and the areas she needs addressed she has highlighted. It's a piece of cake. She will also double check your dates of employment, but only to make sure you didn't make any mistakes or have any gaps she didn't see before. They don't really interivew you in the typical sense of the word, they just verify all your info. If you have all your info with you (I did thatn's to Fozzy's recommendation), she said my application had very few items needing attention. It took like 3 minutes and I was done with the "inteview".

From the point when you are finished with your "interview", it takes a few days for them to call everybody's past employers and references. That is about all that stands in your way of final approval and being offered a job other than a failed drug screen or not passing your CDL exam.

You will do fine, Hunter. Don't worry, just be patient. Glad to hear you got your bus ticket issue resolved. Best of luck in training!

Not passing your cdl, we had a guy in our class that failed three times, they let him come back the next week and keep trying. I checked with our head instructor a few weeks later and he said the guy passed and was out in training. They hate to have anybody not graduate, it looks bad on their stats. They will go way above and beyond to help those having trouble.

ive seen a few students, my dumber partner has had plenty of students and ill tell you something... some people just arent cut out to be drivers no matter how many chances they get. remember, someday it will be you training someone (if you ever decide to train) and you are putting your life in their hands.
