What happens at the Pilot, stays at the Pilot.

Yes. I am female and went through 3 trainers and then I had to do 2 more weeks with a trainee like myself. There was only ONE bunk in every tractor except the male trainer. He had a brand new kenworth with double bunks. I had to share the bunk with the females except the old bat who never drove. She stayed in bed. I chose to nod off in the passenger seat unless she decided to drive which was rare. She smoked so much the bunk was unbearable. I lie NOT.

That's hilarious. Except my experience was: what happened at the pilot got spread all over channel 19 lol.

They just did away with trainee teaming since it wasnt working out. Now you come back for grad class then test out for your own truck.

They NEEDED to get rid of that. The worst part of all was never getting home and sitting for literally days at a warehouse waiting your turn. I just read in another post where a Stevens driver LOVED being laid over 24 hours and more so he could play his XBOX.... .... ...

Dumb and dumber has been gone for almost two years, so is the 35 day, 8000 mile requirements. Now based on hours driven and passing video tests.

I'm sorry. I LOVED it when I was an O/O and leased to Schneider. I didn't sit for one minute. My loads were all ready when I got there. Drop and hook and take off. I can't bear sitting and SPENDING money somewhere when I could have been almost all the way across the country and getting money instead.

I hate walmart loads. They have 4 hours to unload you and they will wait till theres 30 minutes left to call you.

Stevens has a lot of loads out of California so you will be heading there a lot.
