Both schools are ok & provide good training, but probably make the most money with Roehl "Dry Van National Fleet."redsox508 Thanks this.

Stay away from millis.they are major ######## to work for.doesnt matter how hard you work for them any thing you make a mistake on and they will fire you faster than you can blink your eye.
redsox508 Thanks this. -
Yea don't worry they declined me all because I wouldn't jump through hoops for their company and send them a million different things. They request W2s from 3 years back. I comply. They then say thats not good enough and said I need to tell them the exact hiring dates. Then said even after I go through all this my job history is short so not guaranteed to get in lmao I guess they must think I just like wasting my time for nothing. Looks like I dodged a bullet from what you're saying thankfully.

You have been warned, stay away from Stevens. After all my searching I decided on Rohel Transport years age, so glad I did. I can’t say enough good things about the company.

A lot of drivers seem to like Roehl. I don't remember ever hearing or reading a driver defending Stevens Transport.
redsox508 Thanks this. -
I'm not defending Stevens, but they do have drivers that have been there a decade or longer. They do have a good reputation for excellent training through their cdl school. The big negative is paychecks; lot of complaints about only making $700 a week.
It's only a 12 month obligation then move on to another company. Average life expectancy in the USA is 79.8 years, so 12 mos. is just a blip in time. New drivers should focus on the big picture and not expect to start out as president of the company. -
$700 a week before or after taxes? Because if that's after taxes that's pretty good money for me compared to the money I'm making now lol. I'm single and don't have any kids so $700 a week is pretty decent in my situation.Chinatown Thanks this.
