Two. Honestly what do the numbers say ? I have an o/o that doesn't like me and others that do. I say that because when you are getting feedback i like to know how quickly they pay, how is the work load, type of moves they do, home time ect. In my experience people get a bad run and suddenly your the worse dude ever. But if you focus the questions to your points of interests you get a better answer... Not sure if that makes sense or not...

Sells a profitable trucking company. This fleet has been sold over and over. Now CRST is turning them into another general freight co. Lots of .66/mile deadhead, then .83\loaded. They tell you will make all the money in handling, but that's being slowly eliminated. And .12/gal fuel discount? That's because CRST gets a 30-40 cents discount and keeps the difference every time you fuel. After I quit sti, my current fuel discount averages .36. That's a huge difference in my bottom line.
