Stll having big problems downshifting

Simple, its a rthyme youll find it practice this: double cluthing: clutch neutral, clutch shift. Downshifting:
Clutch neutral, accelerate clutch shift. Let me know how it works. for u make sure ur rpms are in proper range

 

Does this sound right ?

Gear 1: 1-2 mph

Gear 2: 2-4 mph

Gear 3: 4-6 mph

Gear 4: 6-8 mph

Gear 5: 8-10 mph

Gear 6: 10-15 mph

Gear 7: 15-25 mph

Gear 8: 25-35 mph

Gear 9: 35-45 mph

Gear 10: 55 & Up mph

Keep in mind that different driving conditions will affect how this works, but in general it is the method that I found that works for me. If you guys can put it to use, very cool! I'm a fairly new driver myself only having been out here for just about 4 years. I remember how I felt when I started out so if I can help someone out then I'm glad to do it.
