stop engine light and warning buzzer

    I drive a 09 prostar.Today out of the blue my engine stop light and buzzer came on a couple times.i immediately pulledover and as soon as i did each time the light and buzzer went away.oil and water levels are fine any ideas?

    no normal temperature readings normal psi readings on oil pressure and lights and buzzer went off immediately each time i pulled off the road

    its hard to say with out hooking insite up and checking the fault codes, but the most common that would cause it can a crankcase filter pressure fault or coolant level.

    Stop Engine light will come on for more serious problems. Such as low oil pressure, high temps and at level 4 regen. If your truck is programmed for shut down with low coolant I think the STOP light comes on too. Probably just a glitch. Keep an eye on your fluids and hammer down.

    yeah 600 miles today and it came on 3 times light and buzzer went off immediately before i could pull all the way over each time.noticed today my regen is not working thinking this is all related

    Have a 2010 international pro star have this truck having normal oil and coolant levels .has had a buzzer and did Regen ..
