Was commenting to say your are correct, and I'm doing it.

Is your general demeanor always set on argumentative?

N/M, I see, you have your location listed. I'd be mad my whole life too if I lived there.

I feel there is drastic difference between Canada & the Usa regarding freight on thr spot market. Loadboard obviously work on US rate cons. So, for us Canadian Carriers we can win especially in these times when our currency drops.A $1.65 cpm on the load board equates to $2.39 CAD per mile a couple days ago. But now looking at the exchange rates today it literally dropped $0.10 cents (kinda wish I stuck with forex trading) so that same rate is $2.23 CAD per mile. America dictates the Freight Market but the discrepancies start with the majority of these Brokers will keep the rates as low as they can and have as much Canadian Carriers run direct FTL loads to Canada. If tarrifs occur things will increase for Canadian freight loads with a fraction of a lesser amount of freight being shipped from a pricing issue.

The problem is a. Foreign drivers who haul anything. I call them “flip floppers.” and b. Carriers, agents, etc have this idea in their head that money (end of the week) is all that matters regardless of miles ran to make that amount of money.

Yep, I was just talking to a native American the other day who blamed it all on on foreigners coming in. He was doing just fine and then all these new people started sailing in and taking up shop here, hunting all the animals, eating all the food, freeloading with their funny beliefs, looks and religions.

In the end they called it 'America' and it stuck. You might want to get used to it.

If it wasn't a 'flip flopper' coming in and undercutting you it would be another guy who looks just like you. It's called Capitolism. Might want to get used to that too.

Once had a driver tell me 'as far as he's concerned, Canadian truckers shouldn't be allowed to haul anything to or from the Usa. I told him I'm hauling bumpers for some Dodge Pickups, I you don't mind missing bumpers on your future pickup truck? He then said on the radio, "Get **** out of his way' because in Ontario, Canada our trucks are governed with speed limiters. But you got to love his ignorance. It's free comic relief. Especially whiles understanding the NAFTA Agreement.

Couldn't of said it better myself. Only thing to add is the government here in Canada tried to hide some of the bad things that occurred at those Residential Schools. Canada's Residential Schools Were a Horror terrible mentiality with this level of hate.

I'm shocked it took so long for the triggered to release their hate. Too much Civic Nationalism in this thread for some people.
