Any violation given to the truck/driver goes against the Company and Drivers CSA score

Not a lot of points, that's right. You hopefully learned that no one else is responsible for your truck, your cargo, or your CDL. And never, I repeat NEVER, drive illegal equipment.

Did he inspect the truck and have you sign the inspection report?

If not, it won't appear on your CSA and these are just plain equipment failure tickets. Not a big deal either way but I agree with others, you are responsible for that truck 100% so they are your tickets. Next time refuse to drive the truck.
