yes, i understand the lease payments come off the top. however, it may be in his contract, that he "may" refuse a load or 2, up to a max of say xx, per yearly quarter. maybe he went beyond refusals.
even if the loads pay crap, he still needs that money, if to show the lease company, he is earning.
again it goes to say, "DO NOT get into ANY lease deal", and to "READ the entire contract".
but nope, too many are so head strong about being thier own boss.

Only way the bank will take a rig is if they are doing everything by the book.
They will not break a lease if it will open them up to a lawsuit.
So you have to look in the contract to see what can cause a repo.
