Where did you find that frequency list? It says 4X4's use channel 4? I thought they used 16? You know....4X4 = 16.

As for channel 9, it was formerly used by REACT years ago, but these days is not really used, although you will hear Spanish speaking operators on channel 9 when skip from south of the border rolls in.
