I like to be able to hang at least 4 ft over the front. The way that cabover is set up right now, I could do that without stretching it. I can't do that with the Pete....not with the 3 door headache rack on there.

Finally went and bought the truck today. The seller is replacing the 10 with a 13. Everyone like pics so here it is.

Hopefully the finished product will be something like this. Maybe not stretched quite so much but you get the idea.

Small world,'eh......rank Thanks this. -
The for sale ad says it has a N14 in it. Do you happen to know it it really had an N14? I think the N14 is too tall for the flat floor.

Thanks.
In the first link, you'll notice a white truck in the background. I'm pretty sure the seller told me it was a 1956 Kenwoth that he restored. What a beautiful ride. It had a 5x3 trans behind a 350 Cummins Formula I think he said. Single axle he built to haul is Porsche race car. He said the truck got more looks than the Porsche.
He also showed me two more '70 something models that he's restoring. One had a 3406B transplanted into it and the other had a butterfly hood with a Cummins Big Cam. He modified the front fenders so they each were hinged at the front and they flip forward so you don't have to reach over the fenders to access the engine. Pretty cool stuff.
