Stryker 490 Low Power

I have a Stryker 490 that was left in a truck I purchased and it seems to receive fine but has very low output. 1 or 2 watts and mods up to 5-10 watts.
Anyone have any dealing with these radios? In FM mode it does about 5 watts and the 2sc2290 is getting warm. Anyone dealt with this? I did some searches and found on Radio Symptom and Cure Database this but it doesn't completely match my radio.

Symptom No transmit & the AWI light flashes when the radio is keyed.
CureTouch up solder connection for L-36 on the rear PA Board (PCBX-0615R2). The connections will look fine to the eye, but in reality there is not enough solder.Additional CommentsCategoryTXPosted ByStryker Radio



L-36 is not populated on my radio and the PCBX Number that I can find is pcbx 0615r5 built in 05/05/2010.
I'm checking this on a dummy load and my awi light is not flashing during transmit.
