Stryker 955 on a Budget! Anytone 5555N II!

I've also heard the stories of those weather radios going off in the middle of the night while the driver was sleeping. Not good unless it was a real severe storm moving in.

 

I was in total panic mode when it went off on me..Already a lil on edge cause of the huge decline while being a newish driver then weather warning went nuts on me..

 

Lol. Well it's maybe just a matter of time. You should check what the manual says. It might be possible to turn that alarm feature off.

 

As loud as the warning sound is, I don't know if it matters if your a new driver or not. Ha. Im sure it would be worse for a new driver.

 

What’s the differences between the 6666 and the 5555 ? Which is better ?

Looking for another radio, been looking at the Anytone 6666 for awhile, this is the first I hear about the 5555.
