Has anybody have any reviews about Stryker anennas? Specificly the SR-A10? I'm needing a new antenna and have been reading the sales / marketing pitches and was wondering about them BEFORE I buy.

flyby I also have heard a lot about it. So far no negative opinion I found about this antenna. Famous blogger simonthewizard had made a review on stryker sr-A10 antenna. He said:

"One of the best working antennas tested in 2016 was the Stryker SR-A10 centre loaded antenna. I myself managed Czech Republic to Nova Scotia Canada in August with 30watts. Low wind noise when car in motion, sensitive for receive. And now coming soon it comes as a magnetic antenna".

Another user (Brett Gunty) I identify via radios guide blog. He had mounted this antenna with SR-497 radio setup and he is happy with it. I am planning to buy it in the first week of February. It's new I will definitely give it a try.

you can also check the reviews from Amazon so you are quite sure before buying this antenna. Thank you.

Whats the 1st negitive you see when looking at it....

Lotsa holes in the plastic...Easy for water n such to get into the internals of the ant and corrode over time...
My suggestion is the wilson 2000/5000/k40 and a good ant named sirio..

    Ougigoug and rabbiporkchop Thank this.

I'm sure it probably works just fine on a car. I would never put it on a tractor trailer. I think I'll stick with my Wilson 5000 roof mount for my personal vehicle until I decide to replace it with a Sirio 5000 roof mount

Whenever possible I avoid purchasing products made in communist countries. If there's ever any doubt in my mind where a product is manufactured I will always choose a product made in a non communist country whenever possible.

    Simon an expert?

Seriously I thought he had a cat.

Just an FYI, CB over there is different than CB over here. I don't really have a hard time believing his claims but got to think that too much hype is being created over this and it seems until the thing is proven by more than the paid experts, it is just another antenna.
