Stryker antennas

I'd rather have the water be able to get out than be trapped like a Wilson. The TRAPPED water will corrode faster than an antenna that air-dries itself every mile

 

Its the contents of that moisture that over time builds due to evaporation and cause corrision n such..Depending on the materials,its not long before rust builds to..
So i would rather a enclosed coil and if need be sealed better than factory....

 

It appears that the holes you see in photos of the Stryker are simply ports to view the coil and fancy blue lights. The actual coil is sealed in a transparent enclosure, no? Granted, every time you make a hole you invite a way for moisture and critters to get in, but the Wilsons don't have holes and they leak like a sieve.

 

Mine doesn't leak.

 

Then a bunch of people that had leak issues were lieing and stryker didnt have water intrusion issues at one point and stryer didnt announce they fixed it..

Lil lights on the coil..pppffffttttt gey if you ask me..

 

Yeah I could do without the light show, but it's a minor type deal. I should receive mine today if the USPS doesnt lose another package. Those sobs have lost two packages of mine in the last 3 weeks. And they want to handle our votes

 

I had a next day package sent to me, it is sitting in Allen park for the last week.

 

The first seller was very gracious. I told him it appeared that the package stalled out about 800 miles from me, and he simply refunded me. I turned right around and re-ordered from him. The second package says 'delivered in or around mailbox'. I watched the mail truck leave the mail and I immediately sent my little grandson down to our rural box and all we got was political junk. The PO claims they will retrieve the package. Ill believe it when I see it

 

Wait till they start taking care of your health.

 

I have a Stryker SRA-10mm magnetic mount antenna on my 2019 Tahoe LT 4X4 and love it I bought it last week at a CB shop and I set my the swr's myself on 1,20 and 40 I get 1.3 so far no issues I can pick up great and hear great.
