OK I guess, I'm not trying to yank your chain but someone else and he didn't bite.

There isn't much different between a good watt meter and what is considered a thru-line.

 

No theres not much difference besides a few percentage of accuracy. But the benefits far outweighs that of a cheap watt meter.

But yes, less informed people seem to think that bird watts are the end all be all of rf measurement. Not understanding that the type of signal being transmitted will still affect what the meter shows.
