All the attorneys on this board,

have traded in their license from law school.

They now have a license to dwive a big twuck....

Perhaps consult with somebody that has a clue about your predicament.

    Happy Trails......

I agree. CRST may be more likely to follow up and at least explain your mutual situation with a letter from an attorney. Right now, they're not taking you seriously enough to bother.

If this post indicates anything, I'd guess disregarding people is standard practice. -

And just in case you are not familiar,

it will cost you nothing to just ask an attorney a couple of questions.

and it can be done over the phone..........

    Times wasting,

    get this resolved ASAP.

the question here is that the money/value involved in the contract worth litigation??? CRST knows it and since they drew up the contract are in the favorable position...

Something just does not sound right with this story. Sounds like something happened and you are no longer employed. Seems like CRST would at least tell you that you are no longer employed. Where are your belongings?? in your possession or still in a truck somewhere?

You don't know CRST very well. Communication is kind of their weak point. Not just between them and drivers, but between themselves. What I'm willing to bet happened is that her FM sent her home because of not having anybody lined up for her to drive with. But then another department saw that she was home for a longer period of time and either fired her or assumed she quit.

The horror stores about the company, aren't just true, but they're only just scratching the surface of how severely disorganized of a company they are.

Try Prime and see what they say. It is a pretty decent company. They drive the short lightbody trucks when you are solo. You have your CDL, but really no experience, so most likely I would imagine you will have to go through some of their school. I would really explain what happened, write it down, if they are familiar with CRST, they may know the problems that are associated with them and give you a chance.
