Every once in a while you'd find a left mixed in with 9 rights or Visa-versa. Man if that watn enuf to mess you up. Either completely slobered with antisieze or had to replace them all anyhow due to rust. Always had plenty of all of them on hand for road calls.

Yes on trucks like these.
Those lug nuts were normally used on the front of trucks like F700's and some Kodiac's.
Some of these custom wheels are machined to be hub piloted on bud hubs. Studs just fit through the holes. They use the same nuts put on backwards. Those rims are not DOT certified.
In both cases I install them with a 3/4 CP. Recheck them the same way after the first run. Then a week or two later. If any are loose repeat. Then once a year or anytime one is removed recheck it.spsauerland and Goodysnap Thank this. -
Would you happen to have a part number for that nut with the inner shoulder?
-
These are ones we used for aluminum wheels
These are ones we had on military trucks with single steel wheelsDino soar, swaan and BoxCarKidd Thank this. -
Unless you used the long inner nut and had short studs, it would likely bottom out and leave a gap. I never done it that way on a single, just used the inner nut for them.spsauerland, Working2party and Goodysnap Thank this.
