Stud pilot wheels to hub pilot stud hardware?

    Hi all.
    I have an off road machine that I use 10 hole stud pilot wheels on. I now have a need to use those wheels on a hub pilot stud setup.

    Is there a piece of hardware that might fit in the ball recess of the wheels so I can use a flat based nut?

    The situation has some more details that make the standard 3/4"-16 budd nut not work. But I'd rather not confuse the issue further if I can help it so I'll leave it at the quest for the hardware.
