Student recruiter at Conway TL

You do better in conway as a team. I am a new driver at Conway. In my 8th month. I started teaming on my 4th month with a brand new driver who is also a friend of mine. I do better as a team compared to when i was solo. As solo i would avg 700$-800$ now as a team non of us takes home less than $1000 a week. Just have to face the challenges of a team. Weve been team for 4months now no issue. the only issue that ever was is sleeping in a moving truck. So i would recommend conway compared to other companies i read about here.

 

You have to remember you are cheap to move around right now.

Mind giving the folks a load breakdown ?

Live loads compared to d/h

% at customers
% relayed to drop yards

How many stops ?

Where are your primary routes you still do a lot of Detroit Laredo -waco?

Thanks buddy. Right now as a team we are doing a lot of drop n hooks. Maybe 80% D&H, 10% Drop yard and relay. And about 10% live loads. For now I can't tell you for sure which route or location we use alot. For now we are all over the country. Lots of central, mid west, north west, west and of course southern parts of the country. Very few North East for now. We are pretty much happy with Conway so far. They always take care of us if we have an issue. We get home on time thought we have been home once in our 4months of teaming. Thanks n be safe out there
