    Id suggest grabbing a lawyer and file to get the charge reduced or removed. Yes it can be done after the fact.

    A ticket is a ticket no matter what the license is. See if you can get it pled down. If not, you're not driving.

    the part about not driving is Not true at all. Like I said I was in the same situation and I still found a good job driving locally

    In most cases you won't get a job. Insurance companies won't cover a driver with a 15+ mph most of the time.

    I believe 15 Over in a CMV is a much bigger problem then in a car.

    Just trying to take care of my family, glad you don't want my kids to eat. You prefer I sit home on well fare and collect food stamps? People make mistakes, it shouldn't ruin their lives

    At this point its on your dmv record for all insurance companies to see and tell swift,cr england or whoever after your at orientation, nope he cant be covered.

    That's not it. It's a major violation. The problem is, most of us keep our record clean because our license is our livelihood. It says you have a year or less. Get back to me in a few years and your mind will have changed.
